1/3cupdry white wine
1tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley
1tablespoonchopped fresh chives
1teaspoonchopped fresh thyme
Instructions
For the orzo:
Prepare the orzo according to the package directions. Drain the orzo and return to the pan. Stir in the parsley, chives, olive oil, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Keep warm.
