Ingredients

(567 grams) Brussels sprouts,
roots trimmed and cut in half lengthways

bacon,
diced into 1/2-inch pieces

pure maple syrup

kosher salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium mixing bowl, toss all ingredients until combined. Spread out onto a
large, rimmed baking sheet
.
Roast until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are caramelized, about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm.
Notes
This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to feed a crowd.
