Today I’m announcing the recipe for the November Baking Challenge.
I was so thrilled to see everyone who joined in last month and made a batch of Caramel Apple Coffee Cake for the October challenge. Many of you said the recipe was fall incarnate and surprisingly amazing which made me so happy to hear!

I’m so pumped for this next baking challenge because it’s Thanksgiving month and there’s two prizes up for grabs. And since we’re heading into the holiday season, I’ve doubled the prize value!!
But first, let’s reveal the recipe…
So I guess this month should be called the November NO Bake Challenge!
This was one of those recipes that turned out 1000x better than I ever expected. Everyone I know who has tasted it or made it has fallen in LOVE. I hope it has the honor of gracing your Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving table this year.
Here’s how to participate in this challenge:
Step 1: Make a No Bake Pumpkin Mousse Pie.
Step 2: Take a photo of your pie and share it before November 30th 11:59pm MST.

Click here to access the challenge landing page. This is where you can get all the latest details, enter the challenge, and see other entries.
Click the button that says “SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY” – this will pop up a little widget where you can submit your photo:
- You can select your entry photo from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, OR upload directly from your computer, tablet, or smart phone.
There’s also a few optional bonus entries to increase your chances of winning!
Every person who submits a photo following those directions will be entered into a random giveaway to win one of two $150 Amazon.com digital gift cards!
The prizes are available to anyone in the world who can shop with Amazon. I will purchase the gift card on your country’s Amazon homepage in the equivalent current market value of $150USD.
The winners will be selected randomly; so don’t worry about taking a perfect picture. Your photos may be put on display to share with my entire audience – that’s hundreds of thousands of people! I will email the winners. Winner must reply within 2 business days or a new winner will be chosen. Official rules are listed in the entry widget.
