With Chinese New Year almost here, what better way to celebrate than with homemade potstickers? These little bites of heaven are as adorable as they are scrumptious. You can’t beat a dumpling that’s stuffed with deliciousness, fried, then steamed. The texture explosion in every bite is totally crave-worthy.
I’m so excited to let you guys know I will be contributing recipes to KitchenAid’s Kitchenthusiast blog throughout the year. As a huge fan of KitchenAid’s products, it seemed like a natural partnership and I’m so thrilled to be working with them. Check out the posts I did on their blog last year for Croissants, Pumpkin Cheesecake Cupcakes, and Spiced Apple Cider Sangria. For these potstickers, I put my KitchenAid® 5-Speed Diamond Blender to use to make quick and easy work of three different filling recipes. What can’t you do with a blender?!
Get the full recipe for homemade potstickers, with 3 different filling options, alongside step-by-step photos on the KitchenAid® Kitchenthusiast blog.
I tried opening the link for the recipe and it seems to not work anymore. I really want the recipe if you could post it that’d be great!
